With COVID-19 affecting our communities and our businesses, we want to assure you that our office is still fully operational and prepared to continue offering you our full range of products, services, and support. Many of our staff members have made the transition to work from home over the next few weeks. We are fully equipped to operate on a remote basis, and we assure you will receive prompt response times and friendly service, just as if we were in the office.
Electronic Application Processing
We understand several law firms are currently offering client services remotely. Many of our Medicaid Compliant Annuity carriers can accommodate electronic annuity applications or accept a wire transfer of funds in place of a physical premium check. While we’ve implemented electronic processes to streamline much of the Medicaid Compliant Annuity process, know that our physical office location is still open from 7 am to 5 pm Central Time.
