Sarah joined the team in 2020 as an Administrative Specialist before taking on her current role as Sales and Administration Coordinator. In addition to answering phones and assisting clients, her day-to-day tasks include managing client Salesforce accounts, processing new business, handling annuity verification requests, tracking Sales expenses, and managing projects for both the Administration and Sales departments. Sarah also updates internal planning tools when necessary and assists in the onboarding process for the Administration department by recruiting, hiring, and training new employees. She coordinates new client gifts and client appreciation gifts and provides additional support for administrative tasks as needed.

Sarah earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from St. Norbert College. In her past experience, Sarah has developed skills in customer service, organization, and time management, all of which have prepared her to excel in her current position.

When it comes to organization and attention to detail, Sarah understands the importance of paying close attention to ensure the accuracy of the crucial documents and data she is working with. She always strives to be efficient in everything she does and complete her tasks in a timely manner. Sarah values teamwork and responsibility and seeks out opportunities to exercise those tenets every day.

Sarah is originally from Michigan, and she comes from a family of four, including an older sister. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as traveling and running.
