Join us for a special guest edition of KrauseCAST! ElderCounsel’s CEO, Valerie Peterson, J.D. is coming on our webinar series to discuss an important long-term care pre-planning tool for your senior clients: the Medicaid Asset Protection Trust ® (MAPT).

This session will review many of the “common” drafting clauses in a MAPT and how those clauses should be used (or not) to meet your client’s goals.
- Understand the characteristics of a MAPT.
- Explore considerations involved in the trust design.
- Participate in a live Q&A session with the presenter.
